GBM: New Affiliate Program Tracking

When Adding New Affiliates (NOT AMBASSADORS):

1. In GBM SF BE, go to apps -> Simple Affiliate (SA)

2. In left menu tab, click affiliates. Then click green add affiliate button

3. Fill In and Click Save

- First Name

-Last Name

-Social Media Name

-Email

-Group: Partner Affiliate

*** DO NOT PUT DISCOUNT CODE in the Preferred Discount Code Box. It will mess up code because plan is not upgraded.

4. Make SF Discount Code

5. Make a Ziplink that has their URL in it and the coupon:

-can go directly to ziplink from discount page https://share.getcloudapp.com/NQulW7Ww

-chose preload discount code w/custom landing page of SA link

6. Set UTM tags and hit continue:

- utm source: website name

-utm medium: web

-utm campaign: affiliate

-utm term: (LEAVE BLANK)

utm content: website name

7. Test and make sure that simple affiliate tracks the clicks

8. Put Ziplink in ticket

For new affiliates that are content creators need to:

1. Approve in Simple Affiliate (SA) app OR create new account in SA app.

**Leave coupon code box in SA empty** DO NOT PUT DISCOUNT CODE in the Preferred Discount Code Box. It will mess up code because plan is not upgraded.

2. Move to ambassador group - in SA.

4. Make a 10% off coupon (in SF) that is their IG handle in CAPS.

-amount off order

-discount code is IG hande

-one-time purchase

-no minimum requirements

-all customers
