From the Administrative Control Panel of your site:
1.5 Sites
From the top menu choose Extensions
From that dropdown choose Template Manager
The Template with a gold star under Default, is the template used on your site
2.5 Sites
From the top menu choose Extensions
From the dropdown choose Template Manager
Note the Template marked MASTER. and Site. The name is in the right column, under Template and will have a gold star.
The Administrative Template is marked administrative. The name is in the right column under Template and it has a gold star.
